BUILD A CHAPEL IN CAMBODIA

PROJECT : Tamada Village, Cambodia

COST : $3,600  ($400 to register and commit to the project.  Payments Open January 1st, 2025) 

DATES : January19th - February 5th, 2026 18 DAYS

Cambodia is a country that is close to our hearts.  In 2019, we started a massive project for Lifesong Learning Center.  A building was constructed to house short term mission teams, and classes to train adults in sewing and computers data entry. Their mission is to give men and women trade skills, so they don't give into cultural pressures of putting their children in the sex trade.  

​

For this project, we will be constructing a chapel for the school and a place to hold church services on the weekends.  They are currently holding services in an open-air building.  We are going to build them a structure behind the property!

​

Cambodia has a terrible history of genocide that they are still feeling the effects of today. We will be staying close to the building site. We will be flying into Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and taking a 2-hour bus ride to the location of our hotel in Takeo.  Join us to find out what it means to be a part of the MOVE brotherhood. 

 

 Registration is open; payments can be made starting January 1st, 2025

TRIP BREAKDOWN:

• January 19th - February 5th 2026***

• Cost: $3,600 ($400 for Registration. Payments can be made starting January 1st, 2025)

• Passport Required

• Basic Travel vaccinations are recommended. 

• Completed online application with a $400 deposit submitted with application. (Deposit is refundable if application is not accepted)**

• Full Payment is due by November 15th, 2025.

*Cost covers most expenses, including airfare from home airport, housing, meals and ground transportation.15% of the cost of the trip will be applied to the construction project. Meals while traveling to and from Cambodia snacks, souvenirs, etc. will be the crew member’s responsibility.
